H11 Systems

Adaptive smart-wing flight demonstrator

H11 ACROS SW-12™

An aircraft that measures and reshapes its aerodynamic state in flight.

ACROS SW-12 develops the H11 Smart Wing System into a flyable research platform where distributed load sensing, compliant surfaces, and adaptive control work as one aero-structural loop.

System Overview

H11 ACROS SW-12™ in context.

Overview

H11 ACROS SW-12 is a blended-wing flight demonstrator created to validate morphing surfaces, distributed structural sensing, efficient propulsion integration, and real-time aerodynamic optimization.

What It Does

It records wing load and airflow state during flight, commands small verified surface-shape changes, and measures their effect on stability, drag, control authority, and energy use.

How It Works

Embedded pressure and strain sensing feeds a bounded flight controller. Electromechanical morphing structures adjust camber and local twist within certified limits while conventional controls remain available.
