Built as a realistic flight demonstrator
System Overview
H11 ACROS SW-12 is a blended-wing flight demonstrator created to validate morphing surfaces, distributed structural sensing, efficient propulsion integration, and real-time aerodynamic optimization.
It records wing load and airflow state during flight, commands small verified surface-shape changes, and measures their effect on stability, drag, control authority, and energy use.
Embedded pressure and strain sensing feeds a bounded flight controller. Electromechanical morphing structures adjust camber and local twist within certified limits while conventional controls remain available.
